Chevapi is another specialty of this region: it is essentially several lightly spiced minced meat “fingers” stuffed into a spongy bread. Eventhough this dish is popular all over the former Yugoslovian region, it supposedly hits its climax in Bosnia — so I’ll have to report back in the future to confirm or deny the rumor
