Food 4 – Unidon

As evidenced by my sushi photos back in Tokyo and Kanazawa, I’m a huge fan of Uni (Sea Urchin Roe). Thus, when I discovered that a masterpiece such as “Unidon” exists (a bowl of rice covered in Uni), I knew I had to have it. Have you ever seen something so beautiful?
