Food 20 – Pork Tonkatsu

Pork Tonkatsu – a thin pork cutlet breaded in panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) and then deep-fried. Although I hadn’t applied it yet when I took this picture, it is usually eaten with a thick, Worcestershire-like sauce poured on top
