Calligraphy Class 8 – Writing my name

My first attempt at writing my name in Kanji. The teacher had to think about how to translate “Andrew” in Kanji for a minute, but she came up with these two characters, the first meaning “safe” or “calm,” and the second meaning “tide,” as in what comes in and out of the ocean.
