Soup Tulang — either mutton or beef bones stewed in a hellish red broth with tomatoes, ginger, chilies, and spices. Though there is a small amount of meat still clinging to outside of the bones, the heart of the dish is the delicious bone marrow on the inside (and they even give you a straw for extraction purposes)
